To the Right Worshipfull His Majesties Justices of the peace of the County
of Middlesex at their General Session of the peace at Hicks Hall [..] Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the parish of Hendon in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That By Virtue or Colour of a Warrant or Order under the Stand and Seal of
Henry Fielding< no role > Esquire One of His Majesties Justices of the Peace for the City and
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex which Warrant or Order [..]
not dated but was delivered to your Petitioners Some or One of them on or
about the twenty third or Twenty fourth day of November last, Hannah< no role >
the Wife of Thomas Henson< no role > was Removed and Conveyed from the parish of
Saint Ann within the Liberty of Westminster aforesaid as a Vagabond [..]
apprehended in the said parish of Saint Ann to the said parish of Hendon
as the place of the last Legal Settlement of the said Hannah Henson< no role >

That Your Petitioners Apprehend themselves aggrieved by the said
Warrant or Order of Removal

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly Appeal to this Court Against
the same But in Regard Your Petitioners are not at present
ready to prosecute their said Appeal Your Petitioners humbly
Pray that this Court will Appoint Some day in the next
General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for this
County for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the said parish of Saint Ann and all other persons
concerned to Attend this Court to hear and Abide the
Judgment and Determination of this Court touching thesa [..]
