The humble petition and appeal of the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St Paul Covent garden in the Liberty of Westmister and County
of Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by virtue of an order of pass Warrant under the hands and Seals of Edward
Ashe< no role > and James Fraser< no role > This name instance is in set 3480. Esqrs. two of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the City
and Liberty of Westminster (whereof one is of ye Quorum) bearing date the twenty first
day of November in the year of our Lord 1748. Elizabeth Poole< no role > (by the name and additi [..]
of Elizabeth Poole< no role > an Infant aged one Year and upwards Daughter of William Poole< no role > by
Sarah < no role > his Wife ) was removed from ye. parish of St. Martin in the Fields With in the
Liberty of Westminster aforesaid into the Parish of St. Paul Covent garden as the
place of her last legal Settlemt.

That your Petitionrs. conceiving themselves aggrievd.
by the order of the sd. two Justices Do therefore appeal to
your Worshipps therefore and pray yt you will be pleased
to appoint a day in this Pr.sent Sessions to hear and determine [..]
