To the Right Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex In their General Sessions
Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Botolph Without
Bishopgate London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant Under to hands and
Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex One Whereof being of the Quorum bearing Date the 31st.
Day of Octr. 1748 Lydia Mann< no role > Widow late Wife of John Mann< no role >
Deceased Was Passed from the Parish of St. Mary White Chapel in the
County of Middlesex To the Parish of St. Botolph Without Bishopgate
Landon Aforesaid A Wedging the Last legal Place of Settlement
of the said Lydia to be there and Your Petr. Conceving themselves
Agrieved by the said Order and Judgment of the said two Justices Do
humbly Appeal therefrom and humbly Pray Your Worships.

Would appoint Some day this present General Sessions of the peace
to be holden for the said County to hear this appeal and that
your Worships will make an Order that the Churchwardens
And Overseers of the Poor of the said parish of St. Mary White
Chopel And all parties Concerned in and About the premes
may then attend hear and abide the final Detemination of
Your Worships

And Your Petr. Shall ever pray Etc.
