That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant Under to hands and
Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the peace
for the County of
Middlesex
One Whereof being of the Quorum bearing Date the 31st.

Without Bishopgate
Landon Aforesaid A Wedging the Last legal Place of Settlement
of the said Lydia to be there and Your Petr. Conceving themselves
Agrieved by the said Order and Judgment of the said two Justices Do
humbly Appeal therefrom and humbly Pray Your Worships.

to be holden for the said County to hear this appeal and that
your Worships will make an Order that the Churchwardens
And Overseers of the Poor of the said parish of St. Mary White
Chopel

may then attend hear and abide the final Detemination of
Your Worships
And Your Petr. Shall ever pray Etc.
