Gent. Maketh Oath that he this Deponent went on the
Seventh and Eighth Day of this instant to the Dwelling House
of Thomas Somervill< no role > and Roger Reynolds< no role > two Material
Witness for the Deft in this cause and this Deponent was
informed by the people of the said House that the said
Thomas Somervill< no role > and Roger Reynolds< no role > were both gone
to Chatham and would not return till abt the latter
end of next week And this Deponent further saith that
the Defendant in this cause George Reynolds< no role > is dangerously
Ill and keeps his bed
