This Informant on his Oath saith that late last night as the [..]
Informant was going to his Lodging he this Informant [..]
met by a Man who now Calls himself Nicholas Mr. Lath [..]
who Assaulted this Informant and Snatched a Linnen
Handkerchief from out of his Hand which This Informant
was holding up to his Face which had received some hur [..]
before, and ran away with the said Handkerchief And
this Informant further saith that he imediately Pursued
the said Man and took the said Handkerchief upon the
said Man with the [..] Assistance of Gentleman who
gave this Informant the said Handkerchief which [..]
tooke from the Ground.
