John Shaw< no role > , the Son of Thomas Shaw< no role > of the
parish of pinner Schoolmaster , aged almost Eleaven
years maketh oath, & Saith that the name of the
deced is John White< no role > aged as this Informant
believes abt. 17 years,was [..] & onTuesdayMonday last
abt. 6 o' Clock in the Evening saw deced run
cross the Road by one Mr. Thredders Gate in ye
said Parish very fast because one James
who is a Servant to Sr. John Rushout< no role > was
going to boat him & that sd. James was on
Horseback & driving two others - Says that
James [..] asked deced why he ran over the
Road, to which deced replyed he did not know
& that he wod. fish in the pond for all
him (meaning James) - Then James
elighted from his Horse & opened a Gate
of a field where deced was in & run [..]
deced into the field & there Struck deced wit.
the Great End of his Whip one blow & then
went away - Informt. then went to deced -
& desired he wad. call Mr. Thredder for he coud.
not get any further - Says the blow was on
the right side of the head & Says that the blow
kneakced deced into the Ditch & deced imediatly
