Oath that on the 4th day of May instt:
he had Feloniously Stolen & taken an
iron pot of the value of eighteen pence
& this Informt: on his Oath says he has
a strong suspicion that one William

did Feloniously steal & take
the said Iron pot because he confess'd
he stole is y shew'd him the place
where he stole is
Secondly Alexander Kedy maketh
Oath that yesterday the said William
hodge sold to him the said Iron pot
