this Deponent Saith he is in great hopes and Expects to

and his Said Several Other
witnesses to Attend on this Deponent's behalf at the next
Sessions at the Old Bailey
, And this Deponent further
Saith that Benacre where the said Henry Ellis< no role >
now lives is
upwards of eighty miles distant from London, And this Deponent
further Saith that he this Deponent did Some time before this present
Sessions Cause a Subpena to be issued on the behalf of this Deponent
to be Served on the said Henry Ellis< no role >
and other Witnesses to Attend at
this Sessions as Witnesses on the part of this Deponent and the
Said Henry Ellis< no role >
was Served with a Copy thereof, as this Deponent
is informed and believes, But the said Henry Ellis< no role >
on Account
of his Indisposition as aforesaid Cannot possibly attend
