On A Clause in the Stat of the 19th. of King George 2d:

William Denny Fox< no role > the Defendant in this Cause maketh
Oath that Henry Ellis< no role > of Benacre in the County of Suffolk
Farmer and Several Other persons are Material Witnesses for this
Deponent at the Tryal of this Indictment, and this Deponent
Saith that he this Deponent is advised and verily believes he
Cannot with Safety proceed to make his Defence at his Tryal
in this Cause without the Benefit of the Testimony of the
Henry Ellis< no role > And this Deponent further saith that he this
Deponent being Conscious of his Innocence did at a very [..]
