the Act of General Pardon made in the 20th. year of King Geo: the 2d. AlltheOffencetherein
mentionedand Misdemeanors (except as therein is excepted) [..] comitted or incurred before or
unto the 15th. day of June 1747 are pardoned & discharged, And the King Subjects
by themselves or their Deputy of Attorney may plead the sd. Act for his or their discharge
without any fee except sixteen pence to the Clerk or Officer that shall enter such pleafor
for Judgmt. or the partys discharge in the behalf

Except offences, (not capital) other than for useing a trade not having served 7 years thereto
[..] Apprentice

Except offences, not being capital, (other than for useing a trade not having served 7 years
thereto as an Apprentice ) for which any Indictment or other prosecution within 2 years
next before the last day of Easter Term [..] ending [..] the 1st. day of June 1747 hath been found [..]
then depending & remaining to be prosecuted, on wth. no Outlary, verdict, conviction or
Judgmt. shall on 15th. of June 1747 be had or obtained, and wch. have been prosecuted at the
charge of a private [..] person, unless the Defdt. shall pay to such private Prosecutor
such costs as the Court shall award to be paid in respet of the charges of such prosecution

Note By this last clause the offences therein mentioned not being capital are pardoned upon payment of the
said costs, And as to Judictments found before the comencemt. of the said 2 years
to wit, before the 1st. day of June 1745 the offences (not excepted by the Act) are
pardaccording to the first clause above written, pardoned without [..] payment
of any costs to the prosecutor
