The Information of Sarah Ilks< no role > of the Parish of St
Paul Shadwell in the County of Middx. Taken before
me Walter Berry< no role > Esqr . one of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said County this 29 Day of Febry
1747

This Informant on her Oath Saith That upon Sunday
the 28th. of February instant about nine o' Clock [..]
Night she saw about eight or nine Sailors strugyling
with a Young man, hard by her Brother's Door and
pretending to Prets him and at last having come
all togather to the Door she took hold of the Young
Man by the Breast and pull'd him in whereupon
Thomas Kilpatrick< no role > and John Cuddy< no role > followed him
into the house swearing he should go on board of
the Tender and a little after one James Sherlock< no role >
followed him the said Young man into the Back
Kitchin and demanded some money of him
whereupon he pulled out two shillings out of his
Pocket and gave him the said Sherlock and then
Sherlock told him Nothing should hurt him and
further Saith not
