Thos. Squires< no role > of the parish of St. Mary Magdalen
Bermundsey in the County of Surry La Yeoman
Says that on the 13th. Instant between 12 &
1 o' Clockin the foreat noon as he was walking
in the fields he saw four Gentleman , & saw Prissick
& one Duggins talking togather & the Deced
& Leverick were some hundred of Yards
distancePrisick left Duggins & run to
the other two but before Prisick coud. get up
the drew their Swords & pushed at each
other & both fell down& deceSays deced
fell first &Indeced in abt. a Quarter of an
hour but never spokeSays that Leverick
callkilled deced
