That your Petitioner on the Eleventh day of this Instant April
was committed by Nathaniel Duckin< no role > field Esqr . one of his Majesties Justice
of the Peace for the said County of Middx to the House of Correction at
Clerkenwell He being charged on the Oath of One Samuel Unwin< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. for
threatning him whereby he went in danger of his Life or some Bodily
harm he would do or cause to be done unto him

That your Petitioner was by a Warrant under the Hand of the
said Justice bearing date the same day detained in the said Prison he
being also charged on the Oath of the said Saml. Unwin< no role > as standing
Indicted in London for Felony to which your Petr: had not appeared or
taken his Tryal as appeared to the said Justice by virtue of a Warrant
under the Hand & Seal of the said Sir Robert Ladbroke< no role >

Your Petitioner therefore most humbly Prays
your Lordshipps that he may be either Tryed Bailed
or discharged this present Session for the said
Offence pursuant to the direction of the Habeas
