in the parish of St: Martin in
the fields Jeweller

This Informt. maketh Oath that
lately he has had Feloniously stolen
& take win his house a quantity of
Filings of gold & some bitts of gold
of the value of Twenty shillings
& five Shirts of the value
of Fifty shillings & this Informt.
on his Oath says he has or
strong suspicion that Henry
Mitchel
< no role > did Feloniously steal
& take the said things because
this Informt. found the gold
Filings upon him & the Shirts
in a toun [..] in his Shop wch
Shirts were taken out of
this Informants Drawers in
his buck parlour
