was Comitted by Thomas Ellys< no role >

. on the 4th. day of February Instant
for Felony for Stealing Money and Wearing Apparel [..]
And the said Justice Ellys bound Over this Depont. to prosecute her
for the said Felony But this Deponent Mistakeing the time of this
Session not with a Design to Suffer the said Susannah Taylor< no role >
to Escape without Punishment For that this Deponent fully intended
to prosecuted her for the said Felony This Deponent not Apprehending
that the Session woud be held till next April which was the Only
reason he did not prefer a Bill Against the said Susannah Taylor< no role >

in the Old Bailey this
