Elizabeth Colley< no role > of the Parish of Saint Georges Hannover Square
in the County of Middlesex the Defendt. in this Cause Maketh
Oath and Saith that on or about December last there was a Bill of
Indictment for Murder preferred [..] against this Deponent
at Hickes's Hall meerely grounded upon a Malitionsly Prosecution
And this Deponent further Saith that sometime after the aforesaid
Sessions she gave directions to Mr. Sparry her than and now Sollicitor
to procute for this Deponent Office Copy of the Information and Affidavits
and Material Records made against this Deponent on that Prosecution
which this Deponent is Informed and beleives are Materiall for her
to make out her Case in the Conspericy carry'd on against her in
this Cause And this Deponent is descrious to proceed against all [..]
parties Concerned in this Cause
