in Hopkins Street in the Parish
of St: James & of Ann Downs< no role >
at the said place

First of all Jane Smith< no role > maketh Oath thus
on the 6th day of Febs. inst: one Henry
Stephens
< no role > broke down the cieling in the
house Occupied by Mrs. Wethern in Hopkins
Street & pulled down a bundle of Handkerchief
& said he had more to took for & took down
a parcel of money & put is his pocket
& left the Handkerhers in this co [..]
this Informt: on her Oath Says that
the said Henry Stephens< no role > received the
said Handkerchers knowing them to
Le Peloniously stolen because Michael
Coyle
< no role > the reputed thief was dis now a
prisoner in the Gate House Secondly
Ann Downes< no role > maketh Oath that Henry
Stevens
< no role > desir'd her to go out of his room
because he had some private busyness
there upon [..] she went out of the
room & came there again & saw him
put down a parcell of Handkerchers
from the [..] lins of the room O wanted them
to be carried to some friend of this Informt:
& this Inform: on her Oath says that the
said Henry Stephens< no role > received the said
Handkerchers knowing them to be
Feloniously Stolen
