At the Session of Oyer and Terminer of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the
County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjornmt. on Fridayon Monday
the twenty SixthSecondDay of February in the twenty first year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

Newgate

Jeffery Everett< no role > havingformerlyin July Session last pleaded Not Guilty to two Indictments against him
July Session lastthe one for defrauding Thomas Steel< no role > of his Goods and Money
other for uttering false Money, was then committed to his Majestys Go [..]
of Newgate for want of Sureties to try his Traverses upon the Said Indictments
in Such manner as in the Said Committment is mentioned, and being now brought
before this Court being now brot. be too this [..]
and the sd. Geff [..] having not found sureties according respective
to [..] of the sd. Comr. It id ordered that he be tryed upon the sd. Indictmts at the next
nowby this Court that the sd. Jeffery Everett< no role > he remanded to his Mas. Goal of
Newgate and
Session of Oyer & Terminer to be holden for this County by adjornmt on
Wednesday the twentieth day of April next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon
