The Information of James
Story

Street in the parish of St: James

This Informt: Maketh Oath that he
being late out of his lodging last
might he mett a person who calls
her self Mary Hays< no role > in the Street
who told him she had a bed for ship
as her lodging in Peter street wch
this Informt accepted of & mens
there & gave her one shilling to lye
there [..] he being in bed there a
his breeches lying at the foot of
the bed rolled in his Cloths the
said Mary Hays< no role > took up the said
breeches in her hand & did Feloniously
steals that out of his breeches
Two Guine as & five shillings
in Silver & this Informt: is
positive he had the said Money
in his pocket when he went to
bed & that he found the said
Mary Hays< no role > hand in his breeches
pocket & upon taking his breeches
from her found the money gone
& then this Inform: called the
Watch to apprehend her
