To wit.}

To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields , within the
Liberty of Westminster , in the County of Middlesex ;
and to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the
County of Middlesex and to each and every of them

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace ,
for the City and Liberty aforesaid (One where
of being of the Quorum) by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Martin
in the Fields ,
That Ann Babington< no role > (aged about three Years and half)
the Daughter of Thomas Babington< no role > by Sarah< no role > his
Wife both deceased hath

lately intruded, and
come into the said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields ,
and is become Chargeable to the same;
We the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Ann Babington< no role > to be
in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County
of Middlesex

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name,
to require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Ann Babington< no role >

from and out of your said Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields , to the said Parish of Saint Clement Danes

and her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or One of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
her according to Law. Given under Our Hands
and Seals this Eleventh Day of January 1747
