At the General Quarter Sessions of the (Peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King held for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St. Johns Street in and for the said County on Monday
the 13th. day of July 1747 And In the Twenty first year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace
of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King
(Defender of the Faith Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Mary White
Chappel in this County have Notice of this Appeal and that
they and all partys Concerned do attend this Court on Friday
next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon then and there to hear
and abide the Judgment and determination of this Court
touching this Appeal
