To the Right Worshipfull His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
in their General Quarter Sessions assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Olave
Southwarke in the County of Surry

Sheweth


That by an Order or Warrant under the Hands and Seals of
Nathaniel Dukinfield< no role > and Richard Ricards< no role > Esqrs. two of His
Majesy's Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex Dated
the Thirteenth day of May 1747 William Price< no role > and Mary< no role > his
Wife were Removed and Conveyed from the Parish of Saint Mary
White Chappel in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of
Saint Olave Southwark as the Place of the last Legall Settlement of
the said William Price< no role > and Mary his Wife

Your Petitioners finding themselves agrieved
by the said Order or Warrant of the said two
Justices Humbly Appeal to this Court against
the same and pray this Court would appoint
a Day at this present Sessions for the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Mary White Chappel and all Partys Concerned to
Attend this Court to hear and abide the Judgment
and determination of this Court touching the said
Appeal

13th. July 1747
