The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Alban in
Wood-Street in the City of London

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of the Right
Honourable the Lord Carpenter and Francis Burton< no role > Esquire Two
of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex
bearing Date the Sixth day of July instant Susanna Coxon< no role > Single [..]
Woman was removed from the Parish of Saint Mary Le Bone in the
said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Alban in Wood-
Street in the City of London as the Place of the last legal Settlement of
the said Susanna Coxon< no role >

Your Petitioner finding themselves
aggreived by the said Warrant Order of the
said two Justices humbly appeal to this Court
against the same and pray this Court will
appoint some Day in this present Sessions
for the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Mary Le Bone and all
other Parties concerned to attend this Court to hear
and abide the Judgment and Determination of
this Court touching the said Appeal

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
