We whose names are hereunto Subscribed Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Luke in the said County
of Middlesex Do hereby Certifye to your Worships and all others
whom it may Concern that We have received full satisfaction
on behalf of the said Parish of St. Luke for and concerning a
Male Bastard Child born on the Body of Sarah Evans< no role >
Singlewoman in the said Parish of which one Richard Town< no role >
hath been lately Charged upon the Oath of the said Sarah
Evans< no role > to be the true and only Father as Witness our hands
