Att the Session of Oyer Terminer of our Sovereign Lord
the King holden for the County of Middlesex in Hicks Hall
in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjournment
on Thursday the 25th. Day of February in the fifteenth Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of
Great Britain Etc .

Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. Wife of John Nicholls< no role > being none tryed by
a Jury upon an Indictment against her and Edward Bygrave< no role > for
falsly and wickedly conspiring with the Said Edward Bygrave< no role > to charge
William Frankland< no role > then a Prisoner in his Majestys Gaol of Newgate
with Felony alledged to be Comitted by the Said William Frankland< no role >
in the County of Woford and to be detained in the Said Gaol of Newgate
for the Same to which Indictment She formerly pleaded Not
Guilty and the Jury having delivered their Verdict Specially She
the Said Elizabeth Nicholas Comitted to His Majestys Said
Gaol of Newgate there to remain untill the Court of Sessions of
Oyer and Terminer for the County of Middlesex Shall give
Indgment upon the Said Verdict And also until She Shall from
thence be delivered by due Course of Law
