Esquire Clerk of the Peace of the County of Middx aforesaid who Presenteth for our said Lord the King in this
behalf doth the like Etc Therefore let a Jury thereupon come before the Justices of our said Lord the King at the
next Session of Oyer & Terminer to be holden for the County of Middx aforesaid by whom the truth of the Matter
will be the better known and who have no Affinity to the said Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. to Recognize upon their Oath
whether the said Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. be Guilty of the Premises in the Indictment aforesaid above specified or not

Named and others and any four or more of them Directed to Inquire morefully the Truth by the Oath of good and
lawful Men of the said County of Middx and by other Ways means & Methods by which they should or might
better know (as well within Liberties as without) by whom the Truth of the Matter may be the better known of
all Treasons Misprisions of Treasons Insurrections Robellions Counter feitings Clippings washings false Comings
and other Falsities of the Money of Great Britain and other Kingdoms or Dominons whatsoever and of all
Murders Felonies Manslaughters Killings Burglaries Rapes of Women unlawfull Meetings Conoenticles
Unlawfull Uttering of Words Assemblies Misprisions Confederacies false Allegations Trespasses Riots Routs
Retentious Escapes Contempts Falsities Negligences Concealments Maintenance Oppressions Champarty
Decerpts And all other Evil Doings Offences & Injurys whatsoever And also of the Accessarices of them within the
County of Middx aforesaid as well within Liberties as without by whomsoever & in what Manner soever done Committed
or Perpetrated & by whom or to whom when how and after what Manner And of all other Articles & Circumstances
Concerning the Premisses and every of them or any of them in any Manner whatsoever And the said Treasons
and other the Premisses to hear and Determine according to the Laws & Customs of England come as well the said
Peter Walter who Prosecuteth for our said Lord the King in this behalf as the said Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. in their
own Persons And the Jurors of the said Jury by Robert Williamott< no role > Esquire and William Smith< no role > Esquire the Sheriff
of the said County of Middx for this purpose Impannelled and retorned to wit John Barker< no role > John Wyans< no role >
Thomas Wigley< no role > Richard Goode< no role > Peter Browne< no role > Samuel Page< no role > Samuel Robinson< no role > Thomas Foresyth< no role > Jacob Prowse< no role >
James Pickett< no role > Robert Wardingley< no role > and Charles Cooke< no role > being called Come who being Chosen tryed and Sworn to Speak
the truth of & upon the Premisses aforesaid in the Indictment aforesaid above Specifyed do say upon their Oath
that the said Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. is Guilty of the Offence & Misdemeanour Charged against her and Specified
in the Indictment aforesaid And that Edward Bygrave< no role > in the said Indictment Named dyed after the Ninth day of
November in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty nine in the Same Indictment
mentioned and before the same Indictment was Preferred.
