in & for ye City. Rondan & late, to. Thereof this ninth
day of Feb. 1741 .

This Informant saith that the did upon Tuesday the
ninth day of Feb. instand accompany Mary Tannat
to Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. wife of John Nicholls< no role > Sent then
& now a prisoner in New gate for a Company asainst one
Frankland and the said Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. did then
& there Solicit thus Informant to S [..] der on the [..]
Trial of the said Eliiz Nicholls for the said Company that
the thus Informant [..] war in Company
with her all ye 9th day of Nov. 1739 whereas in Truth
this [..] Informant Saith she had never seen the said Eliz:
Nicholls
< no role > before her last Comittment. to Newgate and
this Informant Saith that the said Eliz: Nicholls Promised
this Informant a great new and of she would Swear for
her as aforesaid. And this [..] Informant did
Together with Mr. Mary Tannat. acquaint Mr. Paterson
the City foll with what ye Sd Eliz: Nicholls< no role > had Proposed
to them as aforesaid and this Informant having received
Instruction in writing - what the said Eliz:Nicholls< no role > would
have her this Informant Swear did so to the said
Eliz Nicholls< no role > who asked her if the had learnt her
