At the General Session of the peace of our sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middx at Hickshall in St. John Street in
the County aforesaid by adjornment on Friday the Ninth day of
December in the eleventh year of the reign of our sovereign Lord
George the Second King of Great Britain Etc before Edward
Barker
< no role > Anthony Chamberlain< no role > Alexander Garrett< no role > Nathaniel
Chandler
< no role > Esquires & other their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the
King assigned to keep the peace in the County aforesaid and also
to hear & determine divers felonys trespasses & other misdeeds
committed in the same County,

Upon hearing of the appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the Parish of Harefeild in the County of Middx against
an Order under the hands & seales of Mark Frecker< no role > & William
Miller
< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the
County aforesaid bearing date the third day of October last
whereby Mercy Perryman< no role > the wife of Thomas Perryman< no role > lately
deceased and her two children John < no role > aged seven years & Thomas < no role >
aged three Years were removed from the parish of Fulham in the
said County to the said parish of Harefeild called in the said Order
the parish of Harvill in the County of Middx aforesaid as the last ley al
place of settlement of the said Mercy Perryman and her two children
And upon hearing of what was alledged [..] by Councel for the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Fulham
and also by Councel for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the said parish of Harefeilds This Court doth allow of the said
appeal And doth vacate & discharge the aforesaid order of the
said two Justices of the peace and the same is hereby Vacated &
discharged accordingly, And this Court doth order that the Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of [..] Harefeild do forthwith
remove & convey the said Marcy Perryman and her said two
children from their said parish to the said parish of Fulham and
deliver them to the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
said parish of Fulham or one of them with a copy of this Order
who are hereby required to receive the said Marcy Perryman
and her said two children into their care, and to provide for
them as for other poor at the charge of the Inhabitants of the said
parish of Fulham untill they can free themselves from the
charge thereof by due course of Law.
