To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlx in their General Sessions of the Peace at Hicks
Hall Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St James
within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middx

Sheweth


That by virtue of Pass Warrant or order under the hands and
Seals of A Wescombe and John Rathbone< no role > Esqr two of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlx (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 20th. day of August 1729 Joseph Hall< no role > and Cartwright < no role > his
Wife and Elizabeth < no role > their Child were Removed from the Parish of St. Mary
Le Bone in the said County to the said Parish of St. James as the places of
their last legal Settlemt Whereby your petitioners think themselves
Aggrieved

And therefore humbly prays this Court
will be Pleased to appoint a time for
bearing and Determining the said Appeal
and that all persons Concerned may this
attend

And your Petrs. Shall Pray Etc
