Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Mary Magdalen in the City of Canterbury
in the County of Kent .

Thatbyan Order of Removall under the Hands and Seals of Thomas
Exelbee< no role > and Richard Farmer< no role > Esqrs. Two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County of Middx (whereof one is of the Quorum)
Dated the Sixteenth Day of July 1737 was made for the removing of Frances Legrand< no role > andfor the Removeing Thomas
Legrand< no role > and Mary< no role > wife of Thomas Sier< no role > lately deceased and her
three Children (to wit) Mary Sier< no role > Aged Seven Years Hannah Sier< no role >
Aged Four Years and Sarah Sier< no role > Aged Two Years [..] from the Hamlet of Bethnal Green in the County of Middx To the said
Parish of St. Mary Magdalen in the City of Canterbury aforesaid
In the said County of Kent .

That your said Petitioners humbly apprehend they are
Aggrieved by the said Order of Removal And Appeal against
the said Order to this Court

Yor. Petitioners humbly Pray your
Worshipps to appoint some short Day for the

Poor of theHamlett of Bethnal Green
in the said County of Middx and all other
Partys concerned to Attend the said County [..]
hear the said Appeal,
