Quarter Sessions assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of
Ann Delamar< no role > an Inhabitant in
the parish of Saint Mary White
Chapel in the County of Middx . Widow .

Sheweth

That your Petitioner is assessed in a Taxation made on
the Several Inhabitants of the said parish in the Sume of
Six Shillings [..] towards the relief of the poor of the
said parish.

That your Petr. is in very Low Circumstances [..]
and reduced having no business to maintain her and is
not able to pay the said rate.

Therefore your Petr. humbly apprehending
herself agrieved by the said Taxation
humbly Appeals to this honoble Court
and that She may be Discharged
from the said Tax or otherwise
relieved As to this court shall seem
meet.
