It is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary le bone in this County have Notice
of this Petition and Appeal, and that they and all person concerned
Do attend this Court on Thursday next at nine [..] Ten a Clock in the fore-
noon to hear and abide the Judgement and Determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal
