did on Saturday last personally serve Sarah Sawyer< no role > one of the Prosecutous
in this Caruse with a notices in writing that the Bench of Justices at the
Sessions to be held at Hicks's Hall in the County of Middlesex this Day
would be this morning moved or as soon of sd. as Councele could be heard
that the above Deft. might be admitted to Bayl to wit William [..]

Stand Broker [..] and Robert Smith< no role > of great wild Street in the
County of Middlesex Baker and this Dept. further saith that he did also
on Saturday last respectively serve Mr. Justice Midford & Mr. Masquell
who acts as attorney for the Prosecutor mentioned in the Copy of the Commitment here to annexed with Notices as aforesaid by
leaving the same at their Houses
