Parish ofSt James Westminster in theCounty [..]
ofMiddlesex and to the Church-Wardens and Over-
Seers of the Parish ofSaint Peter [..] Poor in the City
of London and to each and every of them

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us,
two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace , for
the County aforesaid (One whereof being of the
Quorum) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish ofSt James That
Charlot< no role > the wife of Samuel Corner< no role > and Charles< no role > the [..]
Child aged about three years are
lately intruded, and
come into the said Parish ofSt. James
andis likely tobecome Chargeable to the same; We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises upon
Oath; and other Circumstance, do adjudge the same to be
true, and do also adjudge the Place of the last legal Settle-
ment of the saidSamuel Corner< no role > Charlot< no role > his wife and
Charles< no role > their Child to be [..] the said Parish of St. Peter [..]

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to require
you, on Sight hereof, to Remove and Convey the said
Charlot< no role > the wife of the said Samuel Corner< no role > and
their said Child
from and out of your said Parish ofSt. James
to the said Parish of St. Peter [..] Poor
andthemdeliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them, together with
[..]
to receive and provide forthemaccording to Law. Given
under our Hands and Seals this22dDay ofFebruary
1736 .
