in the County aforesaid by adjornment on Thursday the twenty
first day of April in the tenth year of the reign of our sovereign

their humble petition & appeal unto this Court setting forth
That by vertue of a Warrant dated the ninth day of March

London as the
place of his last legal settlement, And For asmuch as the Petrs. do
apprehend themselves to be aggreived thereby Thereofe the Petrs.
do appeal against the said Order to the Judgment of this Court,
whereupon at the request of the Petrs. It is Ordered by this
Court that the benefit of the said appeal be saved unto them,
And that the hearing & determining thereof be and the same is
hereby adjourned untill the next General Session of
the peace to be holden of the said County of middx, And that
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St.
Mary White Chapel
(upon notice of this Order) and all persons concerned
do attend the Court of the said next GeneralSession of
the peace to be holden for the said County by adjorment on
theday ofnext at nine of
the clock in the forenoon to hear & abide the Indgment and
determination of the same Court touching the said appeal,
