Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Mary Magdalen Bermondsey in
the County of Surry

Sheweth

That by a Pass or Order of Removeall under the hands and [..]
of Clifford Wm: Phillipps< no role > and Richd: Farmer< no role > Esqrs two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for thesaidsaid County of Middx (Where of one is of the
Quorum) bearing Date the 16th: day ofAprilMarch 1736 Margrett< no role > the
wife of Isaac Chalkley< no role > and Rachael< no role > aged about Six Years And Isaac< no role > Aged
about Eleven Months the Children and Lawfull Issue of the Said Isaac
Chelkly< no role > and Margt.< no role > his said Wife were Removed from the Parish of St.
Mary White Chapple in the County of Middx to the Parish of St. Mary
Magdalen Bermendsey in the County of Surry as the Place of their
last legal Settlement

Yor Petitioners therefore think themselves Agreived ley [..]

humbly appeal agst: them same

Yor. Petitioners humbly prays that the Churchwardens [..]
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary
White Chapple in the County of Middx and all persons

Day this Present Sessions to hear and abide the
Judgment & Determination of this Court touching
