At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our sovereign Lord the King
holden for the County of Middx at Hicks hall in St. John Street in the County
aforesaid by adjornment on Thursday the twenty first day of April in
the tenth year of the reign of our sovereign Lord George the second
King of Great Britain Etc before Edward Barker< no role > Anthony Chamberlain< no role >
Nathaniel Chandler< no role > John Poulson< no role > Esquires & other their Fellows
Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the peace in the
County aforesaid and also to heare & determine divers felonys trespasses
& other misdeeds comitted in the same County,

Upon hearing of the appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the parish of St. Clements East Cheap London against an Order under the
hands & seals of John Mercer< no role > & Thomas Dumaner< no role > Esquires two of this Maties
Justices of the peace for the County of Middx,One(One being of the Quorum) bearing
date the fifteenth day of April instant whereby Mary Glyn< no role > widow of John
Glyn
< no role > deced was removed from the parish of St. Giles in the fields in the said
County of middx to the said parish of St. Clements East Cheap London as the
place of her last legal settlement, And upon hearing of what was [..]
alledged by Councel for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
said parish of St. Clements East Cheap This Court by consent of Mr. Benue
of Councel for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of St.Clement Eas Giles in the fields Doth allow of the said appeal And do [..]
vacate and discharge the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of them
peace, and the same is hereby vacated & discharged accordingly
