our Lord the King holden at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street in & for the County of Middlesex by Adjornmt.
on Tuesday the 19th: Day of April In the tenth
year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Second King of Great Britain

It is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Gyles in the
Fields in this County have Notice of this Appeale And ye.
they & all partys concerned do Attend this Court on
Thursday next At ten of the Clock in the forenoon then
& these to hear & abide the Judgement & Determination
of this Court touching this Appeale
