Sheweth

That by Vertue of an Order or pass Warrant Under the
Hands & Seales of Nathaniel Chandler< no role > Esqr Andrew osborne< no role > Esqr two of his Majestys Justices of the peace
for the said County of Middlesex One Where of is of the
Quorum bearing Date the fifth day of February One
Thousand Seven Hundred & Thirty Six In the Tenth
year of his present Majestys reign One Albert Valentine< no role >
& Martha his Wife were removed from & out of the parish
of St. Leonard Shoreditct in the said County of Middlesex
into the said parish of St. Catherine Cree Church
London As the place of the is last legall Settlement

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
conceiving themselves Aggreived by the
Said Order or Pass Warrant do Appeale
Against the same & pray that this
Honourable Court will please to Order
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the said parish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch & all parties concerned to
appear Some day at this present Sessions
to hear & Abide the Judgement &
determination of this Court touching the sd.
Appeale
