To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex
[..] Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace Assembled at Hicks's Hall in St
John Street in and for the said County.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Sepulchres in the
City of London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
bearing date the Eighteenth day of February last under the
hands and Seals of Thomas Exelbee< no role > Esquire and Richard Farmer< no role > Esquire two of
his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlesex whereof one is of
the Quorum Charles Lynn< no role > was removed from the Hamlett of Bethnall Green in the said
County to the said parish of St Sepulchres London Adjudging the said parish of
St Sepulchres to be the last place of the legall Settlement of the said Charges Lynn< no role >

That your Petitioners Conceiving themselves Aggrieved by the
said Order Warrant and Judgement of the said two Justices
Humbly Appeal to Your Worships therefrom and pray
that the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
said Hamlett of Bethnall Green in the said County may
be Ordered to Attend and hear and Abide the Determination
of your Worships touching this Appeal

And your Petitioners Shall ever pray Etc
