At the Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middlex
at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County
aforesaid by adjornment on Monday the Eleventh day of October in
the 10th. Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the 2d. King of great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Giles in the Fields
in this County have notice of this petition & appeale, and
that they & all persons concerned do Attend this Court on
Thursday next atnineeight of the Clock in the Forenoon to
hear & abide the Judgement & determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal.
