Middlesex in their General Quarter Session Assembled

The Humble Petition of William Middls< no role > one of
the High Constables for the hundred of Assulston

That Your Petition has Part to Several Petty Constables
Sume of seven Pounds Three shillings and Six Pence [..]
Appears by Several Accounts Certificates and Acceipts [..]
here unto annexed.

Your Petitioner therefore most humbly prays Your Worshipfull
to allow Your Petitioner the said Sume of Seven Pounds
Three Shillings and Six Pence out of the Vagrant Rate
for this Present Year Your Petitioner having allowed
the same to the Several Constables of the Several Parishes
and Places in Your Petitioners Division by order of [..]
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said county of
Middlesex out of the Vagrant Rate for this present year

And Your Petitioner in Duty bound will ever Pray Etc:
