Division held before Us whose Names are hereunto
Subscribed on thursday ye 19th. of June 1736. We
inspected & perus'd three Certificates all dated the
5th. of April 1727 and Given to John Randall< no role > by
John Weedon< no role > Esqr deceas'd by which ye. under written

And we do hereby Certifie that we have examind not
this affair & believe the said persons were regularly
passd by the said John Randall< no role > , tho we had no direct
proof He being since dead in bad circumstances,
and his widow & Executrix in now in prison for debt,
We allso think the Allowances by Mr. Weedon using at
be reasonable, and that his proper the Treasurer should
pay them or Mr. Scott ye Cheif Constable be allow'd to
do it, (if it do's not apear by the Treasurers accounts
they are allready paid) and we have reason to think
they are not paid
