The humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Luke
in the said County of Middlesex .

Sheweth.

That by Warrant or Order dated the 27th. day
of September last under the Hands and Seals of Robert
Hacks< no role > & William Hacks< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Majestyes Justices of the peace for the said County
(one whereof is of the Quorum)one Catherine owen< no role >
Aged about ten years was removed & Conveyed
from the parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the
said County of Middlesex to the said parish of St.
Luke as the place of her last legall Settlemt.

That your Petitioners Apprehend themselves
to be aggrieved by the said order of remove all of
the said two Justices & appeal to this Court agt.
the same.

may be releived therein According to
Law & Justice.
