To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex Assembled in the General
Quarter Sessions at Hicks's Hall in and for the said
County.

The humble Petitcon and Appeal of
the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary
White Chapel in the said County.

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order under the
hands and Seals [..] John Priestly< no role > and Henry Dodson< no role > Esqrs.
two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the said
County of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum)
bearing date the Seventh day of April last John Heardman< no role >
Potter, and Ann< no role > his Wife (who is a Lunitick) and Ann
Heardman
< no role > their Child Aged about three years and half
a year, were Removed from the Parish of Saint John [..]
Wapping in the said County of Middlesex to the said
Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel as the peace of
their last legall settlement whereby your Petitioners
Conceive themselves agrieved and against the said
Order do Appeal.

Therefore your Petitioners humbly
pray' [..] that a short day may be appointed
this present Sessions to hear and determine
the matter touching the said Appeal.
