At the General Quarter session of the peace of our sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at Hickshall in St. John
street in the County aforesaid by adjornment on Tuesday the
fourth day of May in the ninth yeare of the reign of our
sovereign Lard George the second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. John Wapping in this County
have notice of this appeale, and that they & all person
concerned do attend this Court on Friday next at nine of
the clock in the forenoon to heare & abide the Judgment and
determination of this Court touching the said appeale
