To The Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General quarter Sessions Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Hkeston in the
County of Derby

Sheweth


That by an order bearing date the Twenty Second day of
March in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and
thirty five under the hands and Seals of George Bourne< no role > Esquire
and Henry Gough< no role > Esquiretwo of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex I was Ordered that
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Enfield in the County of Middlesex should forthwith Remove
and Convey George Bargin< no role > and Katherine< no role > his wife and
Mary Bargin< no role > and Jonathan Burgin< no role > their two Children from the
Said Parish of Enfield to the said Parish of Hkeston in the
County of Derby and deliver them unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor there

That your Petitioners think themselves Agreived by
the said Order and humbly pray to have Such Releife in the
Premisses as to your Worshipsshall seem meet and the nature of
their Case requires

And your Petitioners Shall ever pray Etc.
