Whereas Complaint hath been
made unto us two of his Majties: Justices
of the Peace for the sd: County One being of the
(Quorun:) by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph
without aldgate in the said County That Eptiriam
Lyle
< no role > and his three Children that is to say Isabella< no role >
aged fourteen Years Robert< no role > aged thirteen Years and
Sarah< no role > aged Eight Years the Lawfull Issue of the said
[..] Luke and Mary< no role > his wife are
Lately come into the said Parish
contrary to Law And that
they are likely to be Chargeable to the sd:
ParishWee the sd: Justices upon
Examination of the Premisesand of
upon Oath do
Adjudge the Same to be true And that
the last Place of the Legal Settlement
of the Sd: Eptriam Lyle and his three Children
is in the parish of Alhallows
Perkins in the City of London

These are therefore in
his Majties: Name to Command You on Sight
hereof to remove and convey the sd: Eptiriam
Lyle and his sd: three Children
from and out of the said Parish of Saint Botolph
without aldgate to the Sd: Parish of Alhallows
Barkin and deliver them to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there
or to one of them who are hereby required
to receive and provide for the [..] according
to Law Given under our Hands & Seals
the [..] day of Januaryano Dui1735

To the Churchwardens &Overseers of the poor of the
Pshof St. Botolph to wth. out aldgate in the County of Midlx

And to the Churchdens [..] & Overseers of the Poor of the
Pshof St. Alhallow Barkin in the City of London
