At the Generall Sessions of the Peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hick's Hall
in St. John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the Twelfth
day of January in the ninth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second now King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. John the Evangelist in the City of Westminster
in this County have Notice of this Appeal, And that they and all
persons concerned do Attend this Court on Thursday next at Ten of
the Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide by the Judgment and
Determinacon of this Court touching this Appeal,
