in the County aforesaid on Monday in the week next
after the Feast of the Epiphany (to witt) the twelfth day of January
in the ninth yeare of the reign of our sovereign Lord George the
second King of Great Britain Etc
It is Ordered by this Court that the matter of the within written
appeale be heard & determined by this Court on Monday the
twenty third day of February next
at ten of the clock in the forenoon
And that notice of the said appeale & of this Order be given to the
Justices of the peace
for this County who were present at the special
Sessions within [..] mentioned, to the intent that they may be present
in this Court at the time aforesaid, And the within named James
